Supporting the Structure and Growth Behind What We Deliver

Tim Lieving joins Dealerware as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience across public and private businesses.

Most recently, Tim served as Vice President of Finance and Business Insights at WP Engine, where he standardized financial planning and reporting processes and introduced advanced analytics capabilities. Prior to that, he worked at Vista Equity Partners, implementing financial operations and FP&A best practices across portfolio companies, and held senior finance roles at Fourth, Dodge Construction Network, and SonarSource.

At Dealerware, Tim will lead financial strategy, planning, and operations, helping ensure we stay focused on the areas that matter most to our customers and continue to deliver a platform retailers can depend on.

“In fast-growing companies, finance has to be an enabler, not a constraint,” said Lieving. “Dealerware has strong momentum, and the focus now is building the visibility and discipline needed to scale that growth with confidence while continuing to invest in what drives real customer and business impact.”

“Tim brings the financial acumen and strategic perspective needed at this stage of growth,” said Matt Carpenter, CEO of Dealerware. “His experience will help us stay focused on building scalable operations and making the right investments so we can keep delivering for our customers.”

Helping Retailers Get More Value, Faster

Andi Myers joins Dealerware as Vice President of Customer Success, bringing deep experience in automotive technology and a track record of building and transforming Customer Success organizations in high-growth SaaS environments.

Most recently, Andi served as Vice President of Customer Success at TradePending, where she led the post-acquisition unification of two organizations and rebuilt the Customer Success function from the ground up. She designed scalable operating models, standardized onboarding and engagement strategies, and aligned Customer Success outcomes to retention and growth.

At Dealerware, Andi will lead the Customer Success organization with a focus on helping retailers get more value from Dealerware faster, and ensuring every customer has a consistent, reliable experience across their mobility programs.

“Customer success is where retention, expansion, and customer value come together. Dealerware is at an exciting stage of growth, and I’m looking forward to building a more structured, outcome-driven approach across the entire customer journey,” said Myers.

“Andi brings something that’s critical for us, robust experience in automotive and a clear understanding of how dealerships operate,” said Carpenter. “She knows how to build a team and scale operations to deliver for thousands of locations and tens of thousands of users.”

Positioned for What’s Next

Dealerware is building a leadership team to support what comes next: building more, accelerating development, and listening closely to our customers to deliver more of what they need. In turn, retailers are better equipped to meet their customers’ growing transportation needs in more flexible and exceptional ways.
