Dealerware has promoted Christina Killion to Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships and Kathryn Coluccio to Vice President of People and Culture, recognizing two leaders who have helped shape the company’s growth.

These promotions reflect Dealerware’s continued investment in leaders who know the business, understand customers, and have already played an important role in the company’s growth.

“Christina and Kathryn have both played critical roles in Dealerware’s growth, and these promotions reflect the impact they’ve already made across the business,” said Matt Carpenter, CEO of Dealerware. “They are trusted leaders who understand our customers, our team, and where we’re headed next.”

Expanding Strategic Partnerships

Christina Killion has been promoted to Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships after more than three years with Dealerware, bringing more than 15 years of experience driving innovation across the automotive and mobility space.

She began her career as an early employee at a digital retailing startup founded on a vision to transform how people access vehicles.

Over the course of her career, Christina has led the development and launch of products spanning digital retail, fleet management, flexible vehicle ownership, and mobility-as-a-service. She has worked closely with leading OEMs, dealer groups, and enterprise technology providers to deliver customer-focused solutions aligned with evolving industry needs.

In her new role, Christina will lead Dealerware’s enterprise partnership strategy with a continued focus on strengthening relationships with OEM partners while expanding strategic alliances with like-minded, best-in-class technology providers. These partnerships help create seamlessly integrated solutions that allow Dealerware to deliver more value, more capabilities, and a better experience for customers.

“Dealerware has built something special at the center of dealership mobility, and I’m proud to continue expanding what’s possible through strong partnerships,” said Killion. “Our customers need solutions that work seamlessly together, and we have a real opportunity to create more value by bringing the right partners and capabilities onto one connected platform.”

Investing in People and Culture

Kathryn Coluccio has been promoted to Vice President of People and Culture after four years with Dealerware, recognizing her leadership in helping build the people foundation that supports Dealerware’s continued growth.

Kathryn brings more than 20 years of experience across strategic HR and operational leadership. Her career began at gedas USA (now T-Systems), where she developed a passion for building people-centered organizations that fuel long-term success.

During her ten years at VW Credit, Inc., Kathryn balanced operational performance with cultural health, leading both remarketing operations for Volkswagen and Audi and critical HR functions. She also helped scale RTT USA as an early employee, growing the team to more than 50 and building the company’s talent strategy from the ground up.

At Dealerware, Kathryn has helped shape talent strategy, leadership development, and a culture designed to grow with the business while maintaining a strong employee experience.

“Dealerware’s growth has always started with its people,” said Coluccio. “I’m proud to continue building a culture where talented people can do their best work, grow their careers, and help our customers succeed.”

Built From Within

Dealerware continues to invest in the leaders, teams, and capabilities needed to serve dealerships at a higher level. By recognizing proven internal talent and expanding leadership depth, the company is positioned to keep building more, moving faster, and delivering more for customers.
