Dealerware, Inc., a leading fleet management and mobility software platform for automotive retailers and OEMs, today announced the formation of its new Board of Directors following the company’s recent acquisition by a group of growth investors led by Wavecrest Growth Partners and Radian Capital.
The acquisition, completed in December 2025 and announced in January 2026, positions Dealerware for an accelerated phase of product development and expanded solution offerings to support dealers, dealer groups, and OEM partners navigating the evolving role of dealerships as modern mobility centers.

Deepak Sindwani- As Managing Partner at Wavecrest Growth Partners, Sindwani has more than 20 years of experience investing in growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. At Wavecrest, he focuses on identifying and partnering with software businesses that are positioned for sustainable expansion and operational excellence. Wavecrest’s leadership brings deep sector expertise in scaling software platforms and aligning capital with long-term business outcomes.
Anthony Giannobile- A Principal at Wavecrest Growth Partners, Giannobile has spent over a decade investing in and supporting growth-oriented B2B software and technology businesses. Prior to joining Wavecrest, he worked in technology investment banking and finance, bringing disciplined investment rigor and operational insight to his role on the Board.
Jordan Bettman- Representing Radian Capital, Bettman is a Co-Founder and Partner at the New York-based growth equity firm that invests in B2B software and technology-enabled services. Devin Daly- As an Independent Director, Daly brings deep experience building and scaling automotive technology platforms. He is the CEO of Impel AI, an AI-powered digital engagement platform for automotive retailers, where he has led the company’s growth across dealer and OEM customers. His background at the intersection of automotive retail, software, and customer experience strengthens Dealerware’s focus on innovation and product strategy.
Matt Carpenter- President and CEO of Dealerware; Carpenter has led the company since 2019 and brings extensive automotive experience. Before leading Dealerware, he held senior leadership positions including CFO of Audi U.S. & Canada and CEO of Silvercar, helping shape both operational and strategic growth initiatives. His continued presence on the Board ensures alignment between the company’s long-term vision and day-to-day execution.
